There are 88 million men, ages 20-64 in the US (2010 census). About 1/3 are liberal, so that leaves just under 60 million men. We own over 200 million guns.
He needs America to be a functioning source of slave labor for his Wall Street pals, so carpet bombing the cities and rolling tanks is not really an option in most places.
