That way they can play the black female victim card and whip up their base. It also provides an excuse for the Hillary Server case to go on-hold.

The Pubbies in the Senate will have a very difficult time explaining why they voted to confirm her as Attorney General but not for SCOTUS.

I'm not sure it's a bad thing -- for us -- if Hillary wins the nomination. Biden, I think, is a more formidable candidate. Because of the mathematics of Democrat superdelegate system, pretty much the only way to get rid of Hillary is an indictment and the clock is running out on that.

As the Republican candidate, Trump would be running as the antiwar candidate against an opponent who voted for the Iraq war and is responsible for multiple messes including the one in Libya.

Think about that for a moment.
