If there is nothing to hide..., then you should be all for an autopsy. Why are you so scared of an autopsy?

From a reporter who wanted to find out what causes people like her grandfather to die in their sleep, and whether such a death is really peaceful, as summarized at http://healthjournalism.org/blog/2011/07/reporter-explores-dying-peacefully-in-his-sleep/:

“Bush explained that sometimes you can die in your sleep during a massive stroke or a ruptured aneurysm. But in those cases, a person usually will have complained earlier about symptoms like a headache or other pain. A heart attack or pulmonary embolism usually will cause enough pain to lead the person to wake and go to an emergency room.

But death during sleep with no symptoms at all is likely due to the heartbeat going haywire. In Bush’s opinion, it is the way to go.

Peaceful? She thinks so.

Sometimes, she said, such a person will be curled up in a sleeping position, the blankets tucked around them, no evidence of thrashing about. Their faces are serene, their eyes closed. By contrast, in cases where death comes while not sleeping, there’s a 50-50 chance the eyes will be open.”

That sounds an awful lot like what Poindexter described, doesn’t it? Cinderella says she didn’t say he died of heart attack, but that he died because his heart stopped beating. No duh. That’s the “cause of death” for everybody. But what caused his heart to stop? That is what COD is supposed to mean. Until you know what caused it you can’t say it’s “natural causes”.

Cardiac arrhythmias don’t just happen when you’re sleeping peacefully unless you have other factors at play. The biggest one is recent heart surgery, which Scalia did not have. Extreme stress is another thing but that wouldn’t happen when you were sleeping peacefully, and if you were under extreme stress you would not die with a “serene” look on your face, as Scalia did. Pre-existing conditions could contribute to arrhythmia but if such conditions could have contributed his doctor would have said that, and though the doctor was tight-lipped to the press, Cinderella had no qualms about saying publicly that Scalia had an MRI for an injured shoulder so HIPAA was NOT her reason for failing to say what his chronic conditions were; if she could comment on his shoulder she could say what medical condition could have contributed. Presumably she didn’t because those conditions were irrelevant. Conditions that would factor in are non-embarrassing things like diabetes, sleep apnea, thyroid issues, blockage in the arteries of the heart... So there would be no reason to withhold that information as potential causes if a shoulder injury was discloseable. And if the doctor knew of any of those things he would certainly have treated them.

There are chemicals that can cause arrhythmia, including prescription medicines. Did the doctor who is close-lipped (and seems possibly in cahoots with Cinderella as the one medical professional who knew the circumstances of the death and apparently didn’t tell Cinderella that only an autopsy could give a COD) slip him a prescription that he knew would kill him a couple days later? Heck, that whole investigation of Michael Jackson’s death... wasn’t that an investigation of the doctor? His doctor is a Navy guy, and I know of a situation where Navy officials engaged in very corrupt acts, presumably as ordered by Obama for “national security” reasons - and for the deliberate purpose of covering up crimes by Obama. Maybe this guy didn’t want to become Petraeus? Who knows. But the fact that nobody knows is reason to investigate.

If Michael Jackson is worth all that investigation, then the one justice standing in the way of Obama’s desire to “fundamentally transform” this nation is CERTAINLY worth an investigation. That is, unless we are more earnest about our pop stars than we are about the entire rule of law in this nation. And if that’s the case, America deserves everything they will certainly get, most likely this year.

I was a member of this site for years before I dared to post. And there are various topics I avoid commenting about. If you really want to speak your mind and get some respect, go to YouTube and use your real name.

It’s a non-issue that everyone keeps focusing on.

I'd rather hear it from professional investigators. Maybe it's a possibility.

That's about the tenth time I've gotten a dismissive comment for being a "newbie". Why do you guys always try to run off people?

That stupid crap has always driven me crazy.

If what you say is true, that means there was zero examination done whatsoever, and given that they marked his death as cardiac related, I have to assume someone looked at him.

Ironic that it's the only site on the internet that's ever banned me, and done so more than once.

Maybe it's your mouthwash? LOL

Just kidding pal, I didn't think your post #6 was all that much out of line, a legitimate question if you ask me.

I don’t think they needed a pillow to give ‘pause’ to other politicians and judges. Scalia’s death and the surrounding circumstances I am sure had an impact with or without a pillow.

Expect more unexpected votes in the future - just like John Robert’s sudden turn about on Obamacare.

“WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A vote to block the Obama administration’s ambitious climate regulation was one of Antonin Scalia’s last acts as a Supreme Court justice. His sudden death may have opened a new path to the rule’s survival.”

Who killed Scalia?? Who has the most to gain??

George Soros and the Davos Boys. SCOTUS little sidetracking of the EPA's Agenda 21 drive, they liked not.

You are exactly right. On the Trump Rally threads we do not appreciate stirrer-uppers from the Dark Side and are not afraid to say so.

On other threads, however, it seems that a free-for-all is fine and we’re OK with that. Bring it on.

Go Trump.

Haven’t you heard of murders where the perp leaves a message...
.....signifying the person was killed because.....( fill in the blank)

These detectives are thinking the same thing...
....perhaps a warning to others....perhaps on the Supreme Court

You leave a pillow on his head.....as in smothering.....and you’re leaving a message!

I agree funfan. Those power conflicts are reason why any member of any of the 3 branches of our government should automatically have an autopsy if they decease in office. It should be standard procedure. if You take one of those jobs, then law says any death in office will include autopsy and investigation.

I don’t really know why some are refusing to acknowledge the necessity of this. I can only think they took a position supporting his family early on in Scalia’s death, and just refuse to budge for fear they’ll appear wishy-washy.

Get over it. It’s national security.
