Rubio was born here. ‘nuff said.

By that criteria two non-citizen American hating Islamic terrorists could have a baby in the US, take it back to their country, raise it to be an American hating Islamic sleeper and have him run for President.

And that may be exactly what happened.

If the case had any merit, it would have been adjudicated in the 4 years of Obama’s first term. It wasn’t.

Unfortunately yes they could...and probably have...if they were legally in the U.S. at the time of the birth. If they were both illegally in the U.S. at the time - that matter has never been fully adjudicated. But that is not the case with Rubio - his parents were both in the U.S. legally at the time of his birth.

True, but presidential eligibility also requires 14 years of US residence.
