When I was a youngster, I used to chase after the DDT trucks when they fogged around base housing My brother and I did that at Wheelus AFB in Tripoli. Our nickname for the truck was Smoky Joe. Wonder if that's why I seem to be a little 'tetched in the haid' from time to time?
