Previously, if Trump filed a suit challenging Cruz’s eligibility, there is a good chance he would have lost. The equation has now changed, the probability of a lawsuit has now gone from remote to very likely. Didn’t you notice that the volume of the confrontations has increased in the last couple days along with more threats of a lawsuit? Who knows how it will play out ultimately.
