I think he said once he was an ambassador to Canada? And he says he's a retired captain. And he's a Doctor. He's funny. He puts a video a day up. But yeah.... he is bat$%&@ crazy. Scroll through his vids sometime and watch the one on the electric universe... Talks about "Ashtar Command" ... UFOs... Angels....Demons.... and why we can't see them.
