I understand you can’t stop determined people, but the POTUS is still responsible for the National Security of the United States good or bad whether you like it or not. That’s the way it works. If you are in charge, and bad things happen then you will get the blame. That’s the way it works in life. That’s how it’s done in the military AND in business. Only a child would not understand this. You need to do your homework on 911. I’m not going to do it for you. You can start with the 28 missing pages out if the 911 Report. See what congress on both sides of the political aisle said about it. They all agree it’s extremely damaging.
You have to do your own research, suspend your emotions, look at the evidence, listen to the witnesses, etc.. Just like a Jury in a court case Then come up with your own conclusion. If you are letting the media do that, then you are being misled. Which may explain your reply.
