I don’t think Trump can beat Sanders the communist on the basis of “populist” appeal.

So Trump can’t beat Cruz on Conservative terms, and can’t beat Sanders on the Populist ground he’s chosen.

Cruz or lose.

The terms ‘conservative’ and ‘populist’ are, at the moment, dead.

This election is a matter of us vs. our would-be tyrants in DC. Trump is not our cult leader; he’s our figurehead and weapon.

We can argue politics AFTER the beast of DC has been slain.
