Cruz is a lying politician, just another Washington insider who will do anything to get to the WH. The worst thing Cruz has done under the radar is TPP. He supported TPA outright even argued for expanded powers for Obama:

Then he and Rubio both voted against an amendment to keep Russia out:

TPP is here because of fast track. No treaty has failed with fast track.
