Well, here’s Ted’s opportunity to lead and get something accomplished. As with most of Ted’s actions, he’s all talk. The natural question anyone should ask when Ted states that something should be done or he led the fight is “Did you win” or “What did you accomplish”. The answer is usually nothing.

By asking “his followers”???
That, right there, sums up the Cruz campaign quite succinctly.
Rather than saying he hopes AMERICANS, he says “his followers”.
Theocracy 101.

Senate Republicans should send Obama a short list of conservative judges from which to choose from and let him know that those are the only ones who will receive confirmation hearings.

Oh great, another bullhorn issue for Elmer Gantry. He knows this will never happen like he knows all his staged issues won’t happen.
McConnell just came out and said there will be an appointment before the next President . Maybe Cruz could actually work within the Senate to stop this instead of making everything a campaign speech.

All of you, including me, say what you want, but Cruz is a conservative who thinks the way the Constitutionalist Judge Scalia thought.
I'll back Trump until.....

Cruz is absolutely correct. The only problem being degenerate Republican leadership. "In declining states the leadership intuitively chooses the most harmful course of action."- F. Nietzsche

A better way to honor him would be to disband the court entirely and forever.

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), following the tragic death of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, pledged to honor his name by asking his followers to help prevent Barack Obama from nominating his replacement to the nation's highest court.I would hope all supporters of every GOP candidate would unite to help prevent Obama from nominating Justice Scalia's replacement.
This is too important to be divided.
To: Biggirl
If candidates get an opening statement they should extended condolences and then vow to honor Scalia’s legacy by opposing any effort to let Obama nominate a replacement.
