They could have been on something - I cannot remember were I saw that - came out about the same time as the batteries were placed at Latakia ... the premise I believe was if the system can see something form sea level up, and there is a missile for the target then it can hit it, even under heavy jamming. Am tired and can’t wade thru all that jargon at the moment.
