A good demorat will never let a crisis go to waste. Obama will try to fill it with one his socialist/marxist cronies and if the Senate concedes without a fight it will be political hell.
Oh yes....if a Republican were in the White House the dems would be screaming about the need to wait until the election before a new judge was appointed.
