He won’t get to stack the Court if the pubbies refuse to move on his successor’s nomination. That will be the great test for our “Republican Senate.”
I’m sure by tomorrow the MSM will be demanding the SCOTUS be brought up to full complement as soon as possible.
Good luck on that.
Republicans are so concerned about public opinion that they should delay until new prez gets sworn in.
And a test of the two Senators running for the Republican nomination for President.
Republicans MUST do everything, including a government shutdown, to stop an Obama nominee. If they do not the Republican party MUST be replaced and all former office holders under that part banished from ever being a member of the new party. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Start calling your Senators NOW — (202) 224-3121.
Also, get on the Senate website, http://www.senate.gov and find your Senator’s offices back home in your state. Call at least one or two of them.
Then write to them and email them.

Whichever candidate you support, this brings into sharp focus the issue of Supreme Court nominations. What do you want to bet there’s a question or two about that tonight?
Right. If the Senate approves an Obama nominee, it will help validate claims that there is a "Uniparty", and no difference between Republicans and Democrats.
But if, on the other hand, Republicans freeze the nomination, it will disprove the claim that there is no difference between the parties.
