I took a guess when scanning through comments and seeing the headline.

Dallas Morning News.

And it used to be a serious newspaper, though some of that was mere superficiality of image and impression, since the lay-out and over-all presentation had a bit more polish than say, the Ft. Worth Star-Telegram.

I'm talking 40 to 50 years ago...

Exactly! Next it will be the Houston Comical. Neither will be a surprise, except to someone not aware of the political climate in TX but infected with CDS.

This is no surprise, Bernie is more their speed.

Is that true?

Well lets see:
2012 Mitt Romney
2008 John McCain
2004 George W Bush
2000 George W Bush
1996 Bob Dole

No, they don't seem to support Democrats; you aren't a Cruz backer by any chance?

The Dallas Morning News used to be a conservative newspaper.

I had an opportunity to participate in a panel with part of the editorial staff. I went in thinking that I would be dealing with the conservatives I had remembered of old. I found them to be smug and sarcastic, which really surprised me.

Truth is I had quit getting the paper and just hadn't read any of their editorials in a number of years.

They used to have the best coverage of events, very in depth with true, old-fashioned journalistic reporting.

I am actually surprised they didn't endorse Hitlary.
