You have to be born on American Soil to be President or V.P. so we should get this out in the open, if Cruz has the legal paper his Mother should have filed for him, then bring it out and show us, I don't think he does, or he would have had this birther settled right after Trump said what he did, and apparently this Washington Reporter knows something or he wouldn't have brought it to light...IMHO...

To be a citizen .. you only have to be born to a CITIZEN. Cruz has been born to a mother who was a legal citizen of America at the time of his birth.
