What exactly is “conservatism”?

It USED to be living a decent life and be a hard-working person who lived life according to Christian principles.
Now it means "cheapskate."
Conservatism means being anti labor, pro gloBULL agenda, unFree Trade and giving into the NWO and the WTO. Which means about 1% of the population is conservative. These types of “conservative” are over represented on Free Republic. They are the fat man’s foot soldiers.
No surprise that a Trump supporter would ask this.
