Here we go again—another one who cannot back up their assertions.

But call me a liar instead. Wow.

Chapter 11 is used by a lot of people and business to restructure debt to survive so they can continue to pay their bills and employ their workers.

It is a legal and perhaps the only way to survive when the economy goes south.

So again, who suffered exactly when Trump filed Chapter 11?

Chapter 11 is a legal means to restructure debt. It’s not a good thing. It’s proof you failed, as in not a winner.

It means you failed to meet your obligations.

Re: “So again, who suffered exactly when Trump filed Chapter 11?”

That’s a very good question.

Has Trump ever publicly stated that all his Chapter 11 creditors were made whole?

Are you claiming that all Trump’s creditors were made whole?

I have been able to find only a few of the basic financial documents that should have been generated when Trump filed his four Chapter 11 cases.

Does anyone know if there is a central file cache for the Trump Chapter 11 documents?

Does anyone know if Trump and his creditors agreed not to disclose those documents?
