Here is a quote from the Ted Cruz Facebook webpage, bragging that he is a co-sponsor of the Keystone Pipeline. How can you be for building the Keystone Pipeline, but against eminent domain?

“Passing the Keystone pipeline is a good start, but we need a job-creating energy agenda, far broader. The energy revolution that is already underway can produce the jobs and opportunities that our country needs to grow. All the federal government needs to do is get out of the way and let Americans do what they do best: dream, innovate, and prosper.”

Sen Cruz Files Pro-Growth, Pro-Jobs Keystone XL Pipeline Amendments

U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, today introduced three pro-growth, pro-jobs amendments to S. 1, the Keystone XL Pipeline Act, of which Sen. Cruz is a cosponsor.

Well, the way it's generally done is that two or three pathways are staked out. Offers are made to all the owners along each of the pathways with the stipulation that the offer will be revoked when one of the pathways is completed ... i.e., you have this offer on the table, but it is contingent upon everyone along the pathway agreeing. If anyone does not, it isn't done. If everyone on the other route agrees first, your offer is revoked and they get the money.

No government intervention or coercion required.

U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, today introduced three pro-growth, pro-jobs amendments to S. 1, the Keystone XL Pipeline Act, of which Sen. Cruz is a cosponsor.

Expedite LNG exports to WTO members (this language was introduced as S. 2083 in the 113th Congress):

It wasn't that long ago that LNG plants were prohibited in the U.S. due to the inherent danger associated with the process, storage and transportation of the gas...Apparently the oil industry 'encuraged' Congress to change its mind...($$$)

Repeal of crude oil export ban:

Why not??? Let's pump America's natural resources dry so the oil companies can make even more money...

Implementation of North American Energy Infrastructure Act (This amendment closely parallels H.R. 3301, passed by the House on June 24, 2014):

Now that DOESN'T say United States Energy Infrastructure Act...It says North American...As in North American Union...

That's the agreement co-authored by Cruz's wife as instructed by the un-American Council on Foreign Relations...That agreement provides for the dissolution of the United States as a sovereign Country...

Those jobs Cruz is talking about are construction jobs which will be temporary and sometimes seasonal...They are not going to grow anything except the wallets of the oil producers...Ted knows who he works for and it ain't us... There's only one thing that will bring America back and that is to get our jobs back...Manufacturing jobs...And that's not part of Cruz's agenda...
