Does Trump know that's what he means? Because to hear Trump it sounds like he's promising a whole lot more.
You can never tell what Trump’s words mean. He didn’t have a clue as to what being a conservative means.
Trump is an idiot. Medicare is not for “the poor”, that’s Medicaid and it’s destroying state budgets. Add Obamacare and it’s worse.
From his book and his speeches, he's proposing the private insurance across state line route.
He's also added a few comments that concern me.
At one appearance he talked about taking care of 'all women'...uhm, what? Then he adds in the talk about not letting people die in the streets.
I haven't seen any details on what he is proposing to prevent that other than what I read into it which would be expanding medicare.
If coupled with true fraud and abuse prevention, it may be the cheaper route. Is it the conservative/libertarian approach? Nope.
But do we truly think we could go so far in this country to do the health savings types accounts that Ben Carson proposes? Also, unlikely.
