Yes. It is a peaceful and non-intrusive civil disobedience.

They are camping out at a ranger station in a closed national preserve.

Quite harmless, though technically trespassing.

No reason for a shoot out or bringing such force on them.

These things are true whether or not one supports them or thinks they are wrong.

It sound like the three guys will surrender to a congresswoman and Franklin Graham. I think the congresswoman is on her way - I’m not sure about Graham. I know that on his FB page he has offered prayers to the protesters and the FBI.

The gal hopefully will submit to her fellow protesters in surrendering - but it sounds like she would rather die in a hail of bullets.

The federal employees who work at the station, and who the authorities claim are "being interfered with", could show up in the spring and just walk around these people, and go about their .gov business.

There is no danger. The authorities are just pretending there is a danger.
