If she came into Portland, she’ll need to take a plane to the next airport. Bend, which is central Oregon, then drive. Or a private craft to a private airstrip. But it’s snowy there. Or Boise, Idaho. Burns is on the southeastern side of the state. Portland on the northwestern side.
