This makes me wonder if Cruz is sitting on his money because he knows he is going to lose in the end, and has other plans for it.

That does seem to be the case. The anonymous and money laundered donations to Team Cruz are the big giveaway that the GOPe is buying a back up plan. Who is donating this dirty money to Cruz? Soros? Goldman? Cheap Labor Express?
