They not teach in the Air Force not to lock your knees when standing for long periods of time?They did, but we still had someone do a face plant on the parade grounds from time to time.

Actually, he did not lock his knees.
He was not at attention.
He was in a casual stance at the podium when a combination of events happened; heat, hadn’t eaten, low blood pressure, and things just came together.
