"Bernie Sanders will win at least 13 of the Democratic delegates in New Hampshire and Hillary Clinton will win at least nine. Two delegates haven't yet been allocated." 28 of 32 delegates accounted for in New Hampshire. (The rest will go to Hillary).

Soo, how many prearranged 'superdelegates' does Jeb have up his sleeve? Anyone here that's been to the conventions before have a handle on this?
