Yep!... I’m a grazer too!....But I’m a nibbler eat anything I want often throughout the day.... ...(not big on salads).....Still weigh what I did in High school.....but I’ve got 2 inches over your wife.... And I also never have a big plate except when a guest for dinner and the food is great.
7, 8 or 9 might be worth bragging about. But 2 ? I wouldn't want word to get out.
