The reason Russia is possibly building a new airbase on the Turkish border inside Syria became clearer today as Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan hinted Turkey could enter the war on the side of the anti-Assad forces who Russia has been primarily targeting. The Syrian government made major gains against the Sunni opposition in recent weeks as the Syrian city of Aleppo looked to fall from the oppositionâs control. Turkey has repeatedly urged the American-led coalition against ISIS to do more to help the anti-Assad forces. âWe donât want to fall into the same mistake in Syria as in Iraq,â Mr. Erdogan said,

As much as I like that Russia’s in Syria doing what needs to be done I’m uncomfortable Russia’s military is sooo close to Israel. Should China and Russia be pushed too far by Nato/US/ EU messing around over there as they’re doing I would not put it past a Russia/China attack on Israel to make their point.....and at the same time or in retaliation Nato Destroying Damascus to settle the score. The entire Middle East involved in it all!
Point of interest - why hasn’t ISIS been going after Israel ? It definitely lends credence to the assertion that ISIS is a product of the Saudi’s , Turkey , and us .
Israel is on very good , low key, terms with Saudi Arabia . I believe they all have a stake in the pipeline that they all want to run through Syria to undercut the Russians ...
Because Syria is central to their apocalyptic calendar first, as is written back thread. You can bet not only are they interested in the Pipeline going thru Turkey into Syria, but if the assertion is right that this is to undercut Russia then Israels newly discovered oil may very well be the "hook" that brings Russia against Israel in retaliation. (And guaranteed China will come into play as well with all the oil deals Russia and China recently made).
