You claimed cops have overpenetration because they shoot bullets that non-cop can’t use. Hollowpoints are designed to not over penetrate. FMJ bullets moving at a slower speed will over penetrate a hollowpoint. So that bit of bull you tossed out is debunked.
Second, you don’t understand that bullets have different energy levels based on caliber and velocity. +P is only a part of the equation but you could never load a 9mm to match standard 44 magnum performance.
