Yep. I’ve seen it happen under the basilisk stare of more than a few judges. The careful, over-elaborate, abstract argument just fades away as the speaker chokes, and all he can do is clutch at the brightest, receding bits as the argument vanishes within his mind.

Ha great analyses. In my first speech class, I can remember saying “BWWWWAAAAAA”. I tried again and again and each time it was the same. That was “Rubio syndrome”.
