This is what happens when you have a finance guy as CEO of an energy company.

This sounds way overblown.
The only way you could get Tritium in groundwater is a breach in the primary coolant line.
You would have much bigger problems than Tritium.
Tritium is created in very small amounts from neutron bombardment of primary coolant.
Beta emitter with 1/2 life of 12 years.
Primary coolant also contains Strontium 90...much more dangerous. Product of RadioBarium breakdown.

This is what happens when you have a finance guy as CEO of an energy company. Or any company.
Every bean is counted, but preventative maintenance is an unnecessary expense.

I have watches with Tritium on the face.
Have had for years.
Just to check I turned off all the lights
And I am not glowing.
VT closed it’s Yankee plant for a similar reason. I am anxious to see how their snow covered solar panels take up the slack.......

Groundwater flow patterns would be helpful (e.g., flow rate, direction). Does it flow toward drinking water sources? Or bodies of water using for fishing? Or for watering crops?
