I am very sad to hear this.
There is no excuse not to build earthquake resistant buildings in this age. Maybe they were older buildings that collapsed.

There is no excuse not to build earthquake resistant buildings in this age. Maybe they were older buildings that collapsed. It was an older building, about 5 minute walk from where I am. People always said if there were a strong earthquake, that would be the first building to come down.
