If there is anything to this, the problem has been there for 50 years.

Unions playing “gotcha” for Gov. Snyder signing RTW legislation?

That’s the goal of the whole enterprise. Use this to claim Snyder’s scalp. Then use it as a warning to any other uppity Republicans out there who are thinking about making their state Right To Work.

"Unions playing âgotchaâ for Gov. Snyder signing RTW legislation?Winner Winner, Chicken Dinner. They would love to get the Gov. seat back and try to undue RTW IMHO. This is a low grade to nagging payback...

The unions will use it but it doesn’t have anything to do with them.

Neither one, read the true history of the Flint Water fiasco which shows their city council was solely responsible for the switch in water supply.
This is the typical "blame Bush" syndrome in a city that has been driven into poverty by the decades control of Democrats...........

If there is anything to this, the problem has been there for 50 years. Yes, you are correct. Flint was a great little town before the race riots of the 60s.

These people are idiots. Only about half of those hit with Legionnaires disease had access to Flint water. Per the health dept.
Hardly compelling evidence.

In a way its a lot like democrats and hurricane Katrina.
Locals made a mess and screwed around rather than call for the governor to help right off the bat.

I lived in Flint until the mid sixties and I remember no race riots in that particular city
There were riots in Detroit but not to my knowledge in Flint per se.

It was the fear of the race riots. When I was in the 9th grade I was sitting in French class and everyone was talking about what would we do if the Detroit rioters came to Flint.
We didn't have riots but we did have all the other stuff that caused fear. We had white flight to the surrounding suburbs, which left Flint like a hollow shell. Not unlike what has happened to many other cities.
Glad you are back, neighbor.

I remember my aged next door neighbor being certain that the riots would come to town. She didn’t leave the house for days!

Did they also come out and demand the resignation of the head of the RPA following the disastrous Gold MIne spill in Colorado?
The head of the EPA has a lot more control over that than the Michigan gov did over a water handling problem.

More demonrats have resigned or quit since this "crisis"(never let one go to waste)surfaced.
Michigan demonrats can go F themeselves. ALL of this stems from demonrat control/corruption in Detroit(city/water dept.), not to mention demonrat control/mismanagement/corruption in Flint, other cities.
The demonrats can go F themselves, the idiots elect criminals and then bitch when the money is all gone...and then blame it on some Republican.
Why isn't Obama being called on to resign over his selected EPA director that was forced to resign over this?
Did I mention...the demonrats can go F themselves?
