I was out there a few years back...but in the summer. I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to experience a New England winter!!! They're best experience from about 1,000 miles to the south. Trust me. Just finished shoveling out 6" of heavy slush from the driveway.

Still, visiting New England in the winter is well worth it.

I was in New Hampshire on vacation in September. We drove to the top of Mount Washington.
It was a beautiful sunny day at the bottom, but when we reached the summit it was time to break out the winter coats! It was breathtaking!
We also took the hike through the Flume.
Beautiful State.
