I’m a humble retired lawyer in Kansas who has occasionally done Hague cases regarding international child abduction. I’ve gotten several “confidential” emails from the State Department even though I have NO security clearance. So to say that Condie Rice got a dozen confidential and classified emails says pretty much nothing. She could have gotten one classified email and 11 confidential. The State Department is playing us.
You make a great point. With most SOS it’s a rarity, with her it was the norm so she could not be held accountable.
