No, this is the Rush pimping/excusing Rubio and Cruz’s positions, while trashing Trump for everything.

Rush listeners here are as changeable as Donald Trump.
Yesterday Donald Trump was gonna sue Cruz, by golly, he was gonna get him.
During a brief flash of sanity, Trump realized he was hurting himself and looking foolish.
He then said that Iowa was in the rear view mirror and he would consider Cruz for veep.
If Rush says something good about Trump, Rush is a genius. If he likes Cruz, he is a fraud.
