"He wrote a book and in the book, he said terrible things about himself. He said that he's pathological and he's got basically pathological disease ... I don't want a person that's got pathological disease....
...I said that if you're a child molester, a sick puppy, a child molester, there's no cure for that â there's only one cure and we don't want to talk about that cure, that's the ultimate cure. No there's two, there's death and the other thing. But if you're a child molester, there's no cure, they can't stop you. Pathological, there's no cure."

We live in a world where words are considered more dangerous than actions. Granted it was a dumb statement but it didn’t hurt Dr. Carson. In fact, it was so outrageous that I have to wonder if it wasn’t just another ruse to stay in the headlines.
But Cruz’s words and actions shut down another candidate’s campaign. Cruz saw the handwriting on the wall, polls all said he’d lose, entrance polls had him down 4 to 5% and he was desperate.
So when he saw a report he could twist to get votes, he went for it. That’s the story no matter what spin the Cruz bots want to put on it.
