N. Korea, which issued notice to launch a satellite, which is a de-facto ballistic missile launch, have started to inject fuel into its rocket, which was revealed to Asahi Shimbun by a U.S. defense official. It is said to be "readied for launch as early as within a few days." It could be fired in the period starting at Feb. 8, which N. Korea had set.
