Actually, the same bill that allowed Constitutional Carry in Maine also made switch blades legal as well.

I read an article written last year in the Bangor paper, I think, talking about what the new law means. The comments were hard to figure. Many concealed carry permit holders were against the new law along w/ the state police. The main reason was lack of training requirments. The state police spokesman said he figured it wouldn’t work out well because of that. Itll be interesting to see what things look like in a few years. Im betting its the old blood in the streets argument that near comes true.
