For nearly seven months, businessman Donald Trump held the mantle of Republican presidential frontrunner, confounding widespread expectations that his support would collapse well before GOP voters cast their first ballots.
-snip-
Trump remains the nominal leader in a survey from Public Policy Polling. But at 25% support, he's locked in a statistical tie with Cruz and Sen. Marco Rubio of Florida, who each claim 21% support.
-snip-
For Trump, the result marks a dramatic comedown from December, when he lead Cruz, his nearest rival, by a 34% to 18% margin in the PPP survey. Trump is now at his lowest mark in the PPP poll since July, when he led the field with 19% support.
Trump has a chance to reset the narrative in Tuesday's New Hampshire primary, which most recent polls show he's favored to win. But with mainstream Republican support increasingly accruing to Rubio and Cruz showing strength with very conservative GOP voters, Trump now finds himself at his most vulnerable point since entering the race in June.

Were you pointing that out in December when this poll had Trump at 34%?
That will change after Trump dominates NH
The GOP base has always liked Cruz, but many of them didn’t think Cruz can win in November. As it is becoming more apparent that Cruz would win in November against any Democrt, they can now safely vote for Cruz ofver the perceived candidate who could beat the Democrats.
Please ping me for these fine Trump Easter Eggs. Making a list.
The poll is unsound and contrived IMO. The sample is not sufficient .It does not state the national sample number or methods. It is worthless. It is a joke and of no consequence or merit. I suspect Karl Rove did this.
If Trump isn’t the nominee I will write him in the general. I am done voting for republicans. I didn’t leave the republican party. The republican party left me.
I’m with you.
Everyone should vote their conscience. It’s your right to vote however you wish. You should feel good about your choice.
I hope you can consider Ted Cruz though. Outside of all the mud slinging that has been done. I believe he is a good man, he isn’t perfect. To me he does enough right that I can support him above all other candidates.
Concern troll? Hardly. I want the creep gone. I think he does more to damage conservatism than to help it.
President Clinton
You’re missing the point. Trump’s momentum will be restored and then there’s SC where Trump currently has a huge lead which will only grow.
PPP is most certainly not most accurate but I don’t think it is the worst either.
“Trumpâs momentum will be restored”
So you say...but where is the PROOF???
I think unless Trump wins by the 20%+ that he is polling then Trump will have NO momentum because that will be two primaries in which Trump failed to perform anywhere near his poll numbers.
The internals on this poll are hysterical.
They can’t find anyone under 50!
Same outlier poll posted 100 times here.

Trump gets a dead cat bounce after Iowa. Can't blame Cruz for that.
Phyllis Schlafly: Disqualify Marco Rubio for Lying About Amnesty in Spanish

Phyllis Schlafly, architect of the modern conservative movement and tireless opponent of mass immigration, says GOP hopeful Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL)79% should be disqualified from the race for dishonestly saying one thing about amnesty in English and another in Spanish.
“If Jeb’s candidacy falters despite the $114 million he raised, the establishment’s next choices, Sen. Marco Rubio and Ohio Gov. John Kasich, have basically similar views,” she wrote in her Monday World Net Daily column:
Kasich said the 12 million illegals should be “legalized once we find out who they are,” and Rubio said Obama’s executive amnesty “can’t be terminated because there are already people benefiting from it.”
Rubio’s statement was made in Spanish on the Spanish-language network Univision, which is reason enough to eliminate him from serious consideration. When somebody is running for president of the United States, why should we have to get somebody to translate his remarks into English?
Why indeed? Bilingualism has corroded political discourse rather than strengthened it. Lying in a different language is a becoming bipartisan pastime. Democratic Rep. Luis GutiÃÆ (c)rrez mocked Kathryn Steinle’s death during a Spanish Telemundo interview, calling it a “little thing.” Steinle was allegedly murdered by an illegal alien. Gutierrez exploded with rage when an expert immigration witness calmly called him out during a congressional hearing.
One word for Democrat PPP poll....”HOGWASH”!!!
PPP a Democrat polling organization.
