On "The Kelly File" tonight, Judge Andrew Napolitano said that Donald Trump doesn't have a legal case to back up his claim that the Ted Cruz campaign committed voter fraud in Iowa and that the caucus results should be nullified.
"There's no legal basis for that - he's making a political observation."
Cruz, indeed, filed one set of publically available documents. Nothing was hidden from the public. You properly used the word "liabilities". When you borrow money covered by securities you own you don't necessarily call the money a liability. I can "borrow" money from my 401K. The interest I pay goes back into the account, along with the principle. I am borrowing money from myself. I wouldn't call that a liability.
Bottom line he hopefully fully collateralized those loans.
Do you not know that this whole thingy began with Ben’s campaign people? And in fact he did retire from the field.
He canned half his staff today. Cruz make him do that too?
The ‘tweet’ did not say anything Ben’s guys and CNN didn’t say, except ‘Look at Cruz’.
In my and probably most folk’s view, if Ben’s supporters were that easy to deter, then they really weren’t attached very strongly to begin with.
In my and probably most folk’s view this is much ado about nothing.
In my and probably most folk’s view we all must have mistakenly thought Ben had more character than Waaa Waaa like some Third Grader.
Your guy, Mr. I’M THE WINNER, is crying about it because that’s all he has after doin target practice on his foot in Iowa.
Oh, shut up.
How Trumpian of you, MissTrumPET.
When you have no ammo, time to cuss and spit.......
The babble ‘everyone’s a liar, everyone is urgly, everyone hates everyone, except ME’ façade’s 15 minutes has expired. Bye bye, Donald.
