Once Cruz’s Iowa poll numbers began to rise into double digits, other candidates’ polls being something like a targeting radar for Trump, he turned the venom stream Cruz’s way. In a horse race there comes a time when tactics shift and a rider in the number 2 position must move over and push forward. Calling Cruz a Canadian, nasty, unlikable, copy cat on immigration, etc. signaled the time for Cruz to shift lanes and pass. Which to Trump’s obvious chagrin is exactly what he did. Now Cruz is baiting Trump into a froth hoping people in New Hampshire will note the foam and realize there’s something fundamentally wrong with the man. Frankly, by not sticking with the statesman like tone he set Monday night he’s making things easier for Cruz.
Facts are facts. The 5 and 7 year olds have much better manners than DT who has none.
