“Cruz did indeed support John Roberts’ nomination. But Roberts was confirmed in 2005, years before Cruz was elected to the Senate.............”

Why are you falsely denying that Ted Cruz is the person responsible for “recruited future Chief Justice John Roberts and noted attorney Mike Carvin to the Bush legal team”? See:

Bush administration

Cruz joined the George W. Bush presidential campaign in 1999 as a domestic policy adviser, advising then-Governor George W. Bush on a wide range of policy and legal matters, including civil justice, criminal justice, constitutional law, immigration, and government reform.[48]

Cruz assisted in assembling the Bush legal team, devising strategy, and drafting pleadings for filing with the Supreme Court of Florida and U.S. Supreme Court, in the case Bush v. Gore, during the 2000 Florida presidential recounts, leading to two wins for the Bush team.[44][51] Cruz recruited future Chief Justice John Roberts and noted attorney Mike Carvin to the Bush legal team.[49]

After President Bush took office, Cruz served as an associate deputy attorney general in the U.S. Justice Department[5][51] and as the director of policy planning at the U.S. Federal Trade Commission.[5][40][51]

the very type of judge Cruz would nominate.. great judicial judgement right there on Cruz’s part

he and Roberts were friends for 20 years and he said he’ll make a great Supreme Court judge.. until he wasn’t.. oops

Trump said he would go with a Clarence Thomas type judge for the USSC

> associate deputy attorney general

Sounds like a position where one gets to make recommendations, not decisions.

I don't see anywhere in your post where it says Ted Cruz

a. Voted to confirm John Robert's

Or

b. Recommended John Roberts to George Bush as a Supreme Court Justice or was even on the committee that searched for a candidate for Bush

Let alone see anything about Ted Cruz being responsible for Obamacare.
What we do know is Ted Cruz voted against Obamacare, and has fought harder against Obamacare than any human being on the planet, including holding a filibuster in the United States Senate to stop Obamacare.
El Trumpo is going to have to try harder than that.
