Trump literally said he wants everyone to have healthcare and when asked who would pay for it, he said “the government”.

Sorry to say but we, as a nation, have become so illiterate as to not be able to read for ourselves. The net is replete with political memes all subject to cut and paste - truly disgusting.

Not that this would do any good, but here goes: Trump wants private insurance for virtually everyone, with the ability to be competitive across state lines. There, you got that? (No I didn't think so.) For the indigent you have government insurance - which we have now but is poorly run - so it needs a better, more cost efficient system.

What has happened in this translation is that the political pukes, the PACs and the media have lied about this description.

Moreover, Trump's comments about Canada and such is that Canada negotiates the cost of prescription drugs while we pay full price under medicare and medicaid. This costs us billions. This single payer crap and government health insurance for all is a lie. Pure and simple. Trump ain't for it.

Here, let me type it slowly so you GET IT...

G o v e r n m e n t p a y i n g f o r e v e r y o n e ‘ s h e a l t h c a r e d o e s N O T m a k e i t “ p r i v a t e “.

What don’t you get about that? Ugh....you can change the definition of words to fit your narrative, but it won’t change the facts.
