If only 4 votes per 1500 team members changed , then 6000 more vote for Carson , 6000 less vote for Cruz and Trump is #1; but why stop there? What if 8 per precinct changed their vote , then 12,000 more for Carson and he beats Trump. What if 20 more per precinct vote for Carson and not for Cruz, then Cruz gets 0 votes. Pick a number, any number.

Yup. Rove's argument is full of cr*p. To paraphrase Megyn Kelly (of all people), it's just math you do as a Trump supporter to make yourself feel better.
