He knew he would lose votes if he didn’t back the ethanol subsidy. Of course, he wanted to win but not bad enough to change his principles as Trump and Rubio eagerly did.
He won anyway.
The ethanol subsidy is nothing beside the trade deal he gave Obama and the okay for the Senate to give up its power of modifying or amending the “DEAL” Obama and Kerry struck giving Iran everything they wanted along with our sovereignty.The ethanol deal is peanuts compared to the immigration problem and the 19 TRILLION we are in debt.
