Who's doing the rumor-mongering now?
I don't know of any "mailing" of this nature.
Apparently, it was a SINGLE Cruz staffer guilty of the false rumor. (And it wasn't a mailer)
Note that Carson's team only went after a single Cruz staffer:
"...Republican Ben Carson Tuesday called for the firing of A Ted Cruz campaign staffer who said the retired neurosurgeon was planning to drop out."

So, the Carson team only goes after Cruz 'cause he's the front-runner?

Good lord, are to ignoring the mailer that he sent out naming voters and their neighbors and comparing their imaginary voting records?. The state of Iowa wasn’t too happy about that one. And, to Cruz supporters, sabotaging Carson is no big deal too.
Cruz appears to be a shyster in his campaign tactics. And he plays Mr. Clean.
