If Carson's voters would have gone to Trump, why didn't they?

Is a re-do going to help anything? Obviously, Carson will not win. So Trump wants to win on a vote split? Sounds like a loser to me.

I was on Twitter that night, and this was on CNN, which started an absolute avalanche of Tweets.

Don't get me wrong, what's done is done. Cruz should be hit by the other candidates for the tactics, but the caucus is over.

That said, if the tactic swayed four votes in each precinct from Carson to Cruz, then without the tactic Cruz might have lost. Carson wouldn't have won, but the votes he would have kept from the voters Cruz deceived would have at least narrowed the difference between #1 and #2.

So nobody, including Trump, is claiming that any of the votes would have gone to Trump. Only that less votes would have gone to Cruz.

This exposes Trump's novice status when it comes to being a politician. IMO, ALL politicians are liars, cheats, and backstabbers. All of them. Trump just isn't as polished, subtle, or as good at it as more experienced, groomed politicians like Cruz and Rubio.

So it's a "vicious, dirty trick" for a couple of Cruz supporters to see something on a CNN Tweet and pass it on? (That isn't your position, but Trump's, and some of his supporters.)

Seems like they are trying to make a scandal out of basically nothing. How many potential Carson supporters even knew about this Tweet business until after they voted? And how many therefore didn't vote, or switched their vote to someone else? Probably not nearly enough to have made a difference in who won.
