Christi, Kasich and Bush need to go also. I expect Kasich and Christi to go after NH, but Bush seems determined to bring Rubio down and has enough money to stick around even though he has zero chance.
I hope you are right and Yeb! takes Rubio out before he exits.

I could be mistaken, but I've always believed these guyz will stay in the race along with Rubio all the way to the convention.
The establishment GOP will not give up attempting to derail Cruz or Trump. Truly believe they will capture enough delegates to deny either of the anti-establishment candidates the delegates needed to lock the nomination going into the convention.
The good-ol-boy republicans are livid with the strength of these candidates. They forget though, it's not the strength of the candidates...it is the fury of the people against the establishment.
Then Bush will serve a useful purpose in hurting Rubio. The establishment always uses conservatives, so why not use Bush against one of his own for our benefit.
NH will be Kasich’s best result. He has received many endorsements from the local media and the NYT. He will not leave after NH.
