In Iowa? My husband said the planning at the caucuses was very bad, that they were not prepared for the turnout. not enough parking, not enough ballots etc. If that’s the case, who knows what happened.

Caucuses varied widely in planning and execution. Most were excellent, started on time and finished in a couple hours or less. The fact that decisive results were known in a couple of hours would seem to be a good indicator.

The stupid idea of putting multiple caucuses in one location is done to pander to the media, who want to go from room to room instead of from a library to a bank to a church. We’re all apparently trying to be on a reality TV show now.
