I have a PartyQ and it’s great.
I tried the Cowboy charcoal. Once. Too smokey.
We have a good supply of Royal Oak available and I like it very much.
For special cooks I add Kamado Joe which is available at the Big Sky Ace Hardware store (35 miles) and is a pleasant drive.
Big Green Egg charcoal is available in town as well...
I’m grilling some chops for dinner tonight. Yum!
I made Valencia paella... the wife is scrounging for more as we speak. ;-) Takes a bit of work, but... hard to beat. Chicken, Choritzo, mussels, shrimp and squid as the protiens. Sugar snap peas and green beans as the greens. 2 tomatoes and arborio rice not made risotto, just cooked regular. Sweet Spanish paprika, thyme saffron and garlic as the spice base. Eat it drizzled on French baguettes with a drizzle of olive oil... YUM!
Rare steak and runny eggs. Marry me!
Haha, sure. ;) Sounds like a match made in food heaven.
